SEEMA’S JOURNEY
Seema’s real estate journey started in 2005 because of a book. After reading Rich Dad Poor Dad, she dove headfirst into Bay Area real estate, studying market cycles, hunting for off-market opportunities, and building a portfolio that spans flips, rentals, and long-term investments. The defining chapter came in 2020, when Seema and her husband completely demolished and rebuilt their own luxury home in Cupertino from the foundation up – overseeing 21 months of design decisions, contractor relationships, and meticulous craftsmanship. That experience didn't just deepen her knowledge of high-end construction; it changed how she sees every home she walks into.
Outside of real estate, a certified yoga teacher who offers free classes to the community, and a passionate advocate for both financial literacy and wellness. She teaches free workshops on building wealth through real estate and investments, and believes that giving back - whether through education, yoga, or simply showing up for her clients long after the closing - is at the heart of everything she does. In her free time, you'll likely find her hiking or savoring a sunrise or sunset at Panther beach with her husband and two daughters. She holds a master's degree from IIT Delhi, spent decades working across engineering and product management, and believes deeply in Zig Ziglar's philosophy: You can have everything in life you want if you will just help enough other people get what they want. That's not just a guiding principle, it's how she works with every client.
